Questions and setup help

What do I get?

A ZIP file per letter with everything in it: the VTuber avatar as two .vrm files (VRM 0.x for VSeeFace, VNyan, 3tene and Warudo; VRM 1.0 for apps that list VRM 1.0 support) and the rigged 3D model (GLB), PNGtuber stills, idle and talking loops, reaction clips, three alternate looks, 12 emotes plus one animated emote and four animated dance emotes, 3 sub badges, follow and sub alerts, a stinger and a BRB screen. There is one edition, so there's nothing to upgrade later. Each ZIP has a HOW-TO-USE.md guide and the license.

How do I get my files?

Right after payment you land on a download page, and we email you the same links. Links work for 7 days and up to 10 downloads per pack.

Lost your download links?

Enter the email you paid with and we'll send fresh links for every pack you bought.

Email hello@alphabibi.com with your order number and we'll send new links.

If you've tied your order to your Twitch account (the "Use it on Twitch" link on your order page), you can also sign in with Twitch any time to download your packs again.

Using the avatar in OBS Studio

The quick way: in OBS, open Tools → Scripts, press + and pick obs/<name>-setup.lua from your unzipped pack, then press Set up. It adds the avatar to your current scene, with reaction hotkeys, plus a BRB scene. For the avatar to talk along with your mic, start OBS with --enable-media-stream (HOW-TO-USE.md in the pack shows how). To set it up by hand instead:

  1. Add a Media Source and pick avatar/loops/<name>_idle.webm.
  2. Tick Loop. The WebM has transparency built in, so you don't need a chroma key.
  3. Size it to about 400 px square in a corner of a 1080p canvas.
  4. Add the talking loop as a second Media Source in the same spot and switch between them with a hotkey, or with a plugin such as Advanced Scene Switcher that reacts to your mic.
  5. Add each reaction as a Media Source with Loop off and "Restart playback when source becomes active" on, then bind it to a hotkey or channel-point redeem.

Streamlabs Desktop

It works the same way as OBS: add a Media Source for each WebM file and tick Loop for the idle and talking loops.

PNGTuber Plus, Veadotube mini and Discord

PNGTuber Plus: every pack has a ready-made avatar file. Click Load and pick apps/pngtuber-plus/<name>.save. It talks from your mic and blinks, the number keys switch moods and looks, and nothing needs lining up.

Veadotube mini: set the idle state to avatar/stills/idle_open.png with blink idle_blink.png, and talking to talk_open.png with blink talk_blink.png. Add the mood stills (happy, shocked, angry, sad, sleepy) as extra states. All stills share one canvas, so they never need an offset. apps/README.md in the pack has the steps, plus Discord's Reactive Images.

Uploading emotes and badges to Twitch

  1. Creator Dashboard → Viewer Rewards → Emotes → Upload. Turn on Advanced upload and give each size its own file: 112, 56 and 28 px.
  2. Name each emote with your own prefix (for example yourprefixHype).
  3. Animated emotes need Affiliate or Partner. Upload the three GIF sizes the same way.
  4. Sub badges: Viewer Rewards → Subscriptions → Badges, with Advanced upload, at 72, 36 and 18 px.

Follow and sub alerts

In StreamElements or Streamlabs, open the alert box, choose the follower or subscriber alert, upload the WebM as its media, and pick the "image above text" layout. The bottom of each alert is left empty for the text. The WebM files are silent, so add your own sound.

The stinger transition

In OBS or Streamlabs Desktop: Scene Transitions → + → Stinger, choose the stinger WebM, set the transition point type to Time and enter the milliseconds from alerts/stinger_transition_ms.txt (Nibbi: 733 ms).

The BRB screen

Add scene/brb_loop.mp4 as a Media Source with Loop on, then add your own Text source over the empty space on the left.

Can I stream commercially, or on YouTube and Kick?

Yes. The license covers one creator's channels on any platform, including monetised streams.

Can I use my Alphabibi on Twitch?

Yes, in the Alphabibi Pet extension, which shows a small pet in your stream's corner. Every channel gets Nibbi (N) free. To unlock a letter you bought, open the "Use it on Twitch" link on your order page, or sign in with Twitch here.

Can my friend use my pack?

No. Each creator needs their own license. Teams need one per creator.

Are all 26 letters finished?

Yes. Every letter's pack is built, with the same full set of files and its own VRM avatar, and its page plays a preview of the real pack. A letter marked "Available" can be bought now. If its page says "Preview" instead, its checkout isn't open yet: press "Tell me when … goes on sale" and we will email you once.

Using the VTuber avatar

In VSeeFace, press Start → Add avatar and pick model/<name>_vrm0.vrm. VNyan, 3tene, Warudo and VMagicMirror load the same file. Face tracking, blinking, the talking mouth and the ear and tail physics work right away. Apps that list VRM 1.0 support can use <name>_vrm1.vrm instead. model/README.md in the pack lists the expressions and hotkey names. VTube Studio is Live2D only, so it can't load a 3D avatar.

Can I get a refund?

Yes: within 14 days of buying, through paddle.net or by emailing us with your order number. A refund ends the license, so the pack's files (and emotes or badges uploaded from it) can't be used after that. If a file is broken or missing, email us first and we'll fix or replace it. See the refund policy.
