Refund policy

Alphabibi packs are digital downloads, and Alphabibi Cards is a card deck we host for your Twitch channel. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

14-day refunds

If you change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, whether or not you have downloaded the pack. Request it at paddle.net (look up your order with the email you paid with), or email hello@alphabibi.com with your order number and we will pass it to Paddle.

If a file is broken or missing, tell us first: most problems are fixed with a replacement file the same day.

Reporting a broken or missing file

Email hello@alphabibi.com with your order number (it starts with txn_ and is on your Paddle receipt) and tell us which file is wrong. We will send a fixed or replacement file. If we can't fix it, we will arrange a refund through Paddle.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which it does not affect.

Who processes refunds

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so any refund is processed by Paddle to your original payment method, under Paddle's refund policy and buyer terms. You can also reach Paddle about an order at paddle.net. As set out in Paddle's refund policy, Paddle may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.

After a refund or chargeback

A refund or chargeback disables the download links for that order and ends your license. After that, using the pack's files, including emotes and badges uploaded to Twitch or elsewhere, is not permitted.

Alphabibi Cards

The same 14 days apply to a card deck: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, whether or not the deck has gone live on your channel. Ask the same way, at paddle.net or by email.

If something stops your deck working, such as the "Cast a line" reward not appearing or pulls not showing on stream, email us first with your order number and channel name. We will fix it, or arrange a refund if we can't.

Gifts. A refund goes to the person who paid, to their original payment method. If the deck was given as a gift, refunding it pauses the deck on the streamer's channel.

After a refund or chargeback. The deck is paused and its channel-points reward is turned off on Twitch. Viewers keep the cards they already pulled in their collections. You can delete the deck and its collections at any time by emailing us.

Viewers' channel points. Channel points are Twitch's and have no money value, so there is nothing for us to refund to a viewer. If a pull fails, we cancel the redemption and Twitch gives the viewer their points back automatically.

Feetbibi creator access

The same 14 days apply: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, whether or not you have used your code. Ask at paddle.net or by email. If a VRM file won't load in your app, email us first with your order number and the app's name, and we will try to fix it.

After a refund or chargeback. Your code stops unlocking downloads, and the license to the VRM files you downloaded ends.
