Terms of sale

These terms cover buying stream packs from Alphabibi at alphabibi.com. Alphabibi is a brand of Travis Worthing ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@alphabibi.com.

Who you buy from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you pay, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Your receipt comes from Paddle.

What you are buying

Each Alphabibi character is sold as a digital stream pack, one per letter. A pack has the VTuber avatar (VRM) and the rigged 3D model (GLB), PNGtuber stills, an idle and a talking loop, reaction clips, the character's alternate looks, its Twitch emotes (112, 56 and 28 px) with one animated emote and its animated dance emotes, 3 sub badges (72, 36 and 18 px), follow and sub alerts, a stinger transition and a BRB screen.

A name bundle is one pack per letter you choose, at the summed price. The whole-alphabet bundle is not on sale yet. A letter whose checkout is not open yet cannot be bought; you can join the waitlist for it instead. We do not take pre-orders.

The product pages show reduced, watermarked previews. The files you download are the full-size, unmarked versions described on each product page.

Prices and tax

Prices are listed in US dollars, and each letter's price is shown on its page; letters may have different prices. Paddle may show your local currency and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, so the total at checkout is the amount you pay. Sale and launch prices can end at any time; ending one does not affect orders already paid.

Delivery

After payment you get a download page and an email with a link for each pack. Each pack is a single ZIP file. Download links stay valid for 7 days and up to 10 downloads per pack. If a link runs out, use the resend form on the FAQ, sign in with Twitch on alphabibi.com if you linked your order there, or email us with your order number and we will send a fresh one. Please keep your own backup of the files.

Your license

Buying a pack gives you the personal creator license: one creator may use it on their own channels, including monetised streams. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the files, NFTs and AI training are not allowed. The watermarked previews on this site are not licensed for any use.

Compatibility

The packs use standard formats (PNG, GIF, WebM with transparency, MP4, glTF/GLB and VRM) and are tested in OBS Studio and Streamlabs Desktop. Other apps may handle them differently. Whether Twitch approves an emote or badge upload is Twitch's decision. If a file is broken or missing, email us with your order number and we will fix or replace it.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, through paddle.net or by emailing us; see the refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected. Refunds are processed by Paddle; a refund or chargeback disables the order's download links and ends the license, and you must then stop using and delete the files.

The Alphabibi Pet extension on Twitch

Every channel can show the free letter N in the Alphabibi Pet extension. A purchased or gifted pack unlocks its letter for the Twitch account that claims the order, and a refund or chargeback locks it again. Bits used in the extension give momentary on-screen effects with no value outside Twitch, and are covered by Twitch's terms.

Alphabibi Cards

What you buy. One Alphabibi Cards deck for one Twitch channel, for a one-time price. That includes:

• the deck, made from that channel's emotes;
• a channel-points reward we create and run on that channel;
• a stream overlay;
• collection pages for its viewers;
• hosting, with no subscription.

If we ever stop running Alphabibi Cards, we will email deck owners before it happens.

Who owns it. A gift goes to whoever opens the claim link and signs in with Twitch. Channel points need a Twitch Affiliate or Partner channel. The reward is also subject to Twitch's terms.

Your emotes. You confirm you have the right to use your channel's emotes this way. If an artist drew them for you, check that your agreement with them allows it. You let us display them in your deck, on your overlay and on your collection pages until you delete the deck.

The game. Viewers pull cards only with channel points, which are free. Cards can't be bought with money, Bits or subscriptions. They have no monetary value and can't be sold or traded.

Your series. A series locks the first time you go live, so its cards, names, rarities and numbers stay true for everyone who collected them. Settings stay editable.

Refunds. Refunds work as for packs (see the refund policy). After a refund or chargeback, the deck is paused and its reward is turned off. Viewers' collection pages may stay up.

Feetbibi

What you buy. Feetbibi creator access, for a one-time price: one code that unlocks VRM 3D avatar downloads in the Feetbibi builder at alphabibi.com/feet. The builder itself is free to use. There is no subscription.

What the code does. It unlocks VRM downloads for every character you build, on any device, as often as you like. Change your character and download it again whenever you want. We email the code to the address you pay with.

Gifts. You can buy creator access as a gift. We email you a claim link instead of a code; the first person to open it and claim it (with Twitch or an email address) becomes the owner of the code, with the same rights as a buyer. The link works once, so only send it to the person it's for. Refunds of a gift go to the buyer, and the recipient's code then stops working.

Using your VRM. You may use the characters you download as your avatar in VTuber apps and on your own streams and videos, including monetized ones. You may not resell or redistribute the VRM files, or the builder's parts, as assets or models.

Compatibility. Files are VRM 1.0. We test them with common VRM viewers, but we can't promise every app supports every feature.

Refunds. Refunds work as for packs (see the refund policy). After a refund or chargeback, the code stops working and the license to the files you downloaded ends.

Ownership

We keep the copyright and all other rights in the characters, artwork, animation and files. Twitch, OBS, Streamlabs, Veadotube and other names are trademarks of their owners; Alphabibi is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue from a stream. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you bought applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
